DAILY
MAID SERVICE (optional):
Your suite will be cleaned throughout your
stay, including fresh linens and towels
each day.
CANCELLATION
& REFUND POLICY:
All refunds will incur a 10% processing
fee.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to
arrival can not be refunded.
CHECK-IN
AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check In 3 pm or later, Check Out 11 am
or earlier
RESTRICTIONS:
No pets
No smoking inside the unit
PAYMENT
POLICY:
$100
will hold your dates for up to 10 days giving
you time to send your deposit. This $100
will be subtracted from your balance due
and is NOT an additional fee.
50% deposit to reserve. Balance due 30 days
prior to arrival.
Reservations within 30 days of check-in,
full payment due upon reservation

OF PAYMENT:
We accept credit cards and checks through
Paypal.
You can mail a personal check if check-in
date is greater than 45 days from reservation
date.
